Privacy Policy
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the National Disaster Management Training Institute (hereinafter referred to as “NDTI”) and its users in relation with the use of all Internet-based services (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) on the Institution’s website operated by NDTI.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- ① ‘Institution Homepage’ refers to a computer system for managing collective/online education for the purpose of education and training operation.
- ② ‘User’ refers to members and non-members who access the ‘Institution Homepage’ and receive Services provided by the ‘Institution Homepage’ under this Agreement.
- ③ ‘Member’ refers to the person who has registered as a member by providing personal information on the ‘Institution Homepage’, and therefore continuously receives information from the ‘Institution Homepage’ and can continue to use the Services provided by the ‘Institution Homepage’.
- ④ ‘Non-member’ refers to the person who has not registered as a member and uses the Services provided by the ‘Institution Homepage’.
Article 3 (Specification, Explanation and Revision of Terms and Conditions)
- ① NDTI posts the content of this Agreement, the name of the institute, its phone number, email address, and the person in charge of personal information management on the initial service screen(front) of the ‘Institution Homepage’ so that users may easily acknowledge. However, the contents of the terms and conditions may be viewed by the user through a connecting screen.
- ② NDTI may revise these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate related laws, institutional directives and regulations.
- ③ Any matters not specified in these terms and conditions and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall follow the relevant laws, regulations, and the instruction and regulations of the institution.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
- ① NDTI operates collective and online training and Service.
- ② The Service of the ‘Institution Homepage’ is operated without suspension unless there is a special reason.
- ③ NDTI may change existing or develop new online training contents if necessary.
