Training Service Charter
To provide the best services to our trainees, we, all employees at the National Civil Defense and Disaster Management Training Institute, will abide by the following.
- All courses will be carried out from the perspective of trainees and related tasks will be handled kindly, promptly and fairly.
- We will prioritize reasonable requests arising from Trainee Satisfaction Surveys when developing our training courses.
- We will invite the best instructors in the field of civil defense, disaster prevention, and disaster & safety to further enhance the quality of training.
- We will strive to provide customized training services that link theoretical education and field case studies
- Through disaster safety experience education and online disaster and safety training, we will increase public safety awareness and enhance disaster response capabilities.
- We will transparently disclose training operation information, coexist and cooperate with other educational institutions, and be a warm and friendly neighbor that engages and communicates with local communities.
- We will frequently maintain and improve our training facilities to become a training center that satisfies both instructors and trainees.
Privacy Policy
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the National Civil Defense and Disaster Management Training Institute (hereinafter referred to as “NDTI”) and its users in relation with the use of all Internet-based services (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) on the Institution’s website operated by NDTI.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- ① ‘Institution Homepage’ refers to a computer system for managing collective/online education for the purpose of education and training operation.
- ② ‘User’ refers to members and non-members who access the ‘Institution Homepage’ and receive Services provided by the ‘Institution Homepage’ under this Agreement.
- ③ ‘Member’ refers to the person who has registered as a member by providing personal information on the ‘Institution Homepage’, and therefore continuously receives information from the ‘Institution Homepage’ and can continue to use the Services provided by the ‘Institution Homepage’.
- ④ ‘Non-member’ refers to the person who has not registered as a member and uses the Services provided by the ‘Institution Homepage’.
Article 3 (Specification, Explanation and Revision of Terms and Conditions)
- ① NDTI posts the content of this Agreement, the name of the institute, its phone number, email address, and the person in charge of personal information management on the initial service screen(front) of the ‘Institution Homepage’ so that users may easily acknowledge. However, the contents of the terms and conditions may be viewed by the user through a connecting screen.
- ② NDTI may revise these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate related laws, institutional directives and regulations.
- ③ Any matters not specified in these terms and conditions and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall follow the relevant laws, regulations, and the instruction and regulations of the institution.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
- ① NDTI operates collective and online training and Service.
- ② The Service of the ‘Institution Homepage’ is operated without suspension unless there is a special reason.
- ③ NDTI may change existing or develop new online training contents if necessary.
